About Jane Whittaker - Bradford Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy and Pure Hypnoanalysis

Jane is a member of the International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysts

Jane Whittaker is an experienced Hypnotherapist based in Clayton village on the picturesque outskirts of Bradford.

Along with the unique form of hypnotherapy she practices called ‘Pure Hypnoanalysis’, Jane also utilises her skills as a Registered Mental Health Nurse to help people with a wide range of mental health problems.
Jane’s professional career began in 1989 where she worked as an Auxiliary nurse at Stanley Royd Psychiatric Hospital in Wakefield. In 1996 she qualified as a Registered General Nurse, and worked as a scrub nurse in theatre.

Along with Jane’s clinical skills required for her nursing career, her ability to put people at ease and to help them through difficult times with illness and operations seemed to come naturally.

In 2002 Jane went to Huddersfield University  to study Mental Health Nursing, where she Graduated as a Mental Health nurse in 2003, she then went on to work in a variety of settings from Acute admission wards to Forensic Psychiatry.

Jane's interest in Psychology and the workings of the mind fuelled her interest in Hypnotherapy and the positive impact it can have on people’s lives, so much so that in 2007 she went on to gain a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and has since gone on to study a more advanced and specialised Diploma in Pure Analytical Hypnotherapy with the IAPH.

Jane’s warm and friendly approach with her clients makes therapy a relaxing experience.
Jane has under gone her own therapy as part of the rigorous training with the IAPH, so you can rest assured you are in safe hands throughout the whole process.

Being a member of the organisation requires Jane to have regular updates and to attend a specified amount of training days annually to maintain professional standards.
